Please share the following announcement for a postdoc position (2 years) working with spatial methods on the impact of ants in cold climate ecosystems. The project includes detailed field studies in northern Sweden and uses a wide range of methods. Prior experience with boreal/tundra/treeline ecosystems, ants, Arctic ecology, remote sensing/UAV data, species distribution modeling and flux measurements will all be viewed as merits, but the project can also be adjusted to the expertise and interests of the candidate. Therefore, candidates from a wide range of scientific backgrounds are welcome to apply.
