We are seeking one or two Postdoctoral Scholars to join our research group focusing on the role of clouds in climate change, led by Dr. Guy Dagan from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The position will undertake regional modeling studies forcing on aerosol-cloud interactions and cloud feedback. We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas: numerical modeling, climate dynamics, aerosol-cloud interactions, cloud feedback, convective organization.

Qualifications

Required: Candidates must have an earned PhD in atmospheric sciences or closely related field and a background in cloud-related research.
Preferred: Experience with atmospheric modeling global, regional or smaller scales; a strong programming background and verbal and written communication skills.
